Shipping and returns
Curious about the status of your order? With shipments through a carrier you will always receive a track & trace link from us, where you can follow your order yourself. The delivery time of the products is listed with each product. Small materials that can be sent by parcel post we usually deliver with 1-2
business days. If the weight or size is not suitable for parcel post, the materials will be delivered by truck. We will make an appointment with you in advance on which day you can receive the materials. On the delivery day you will receive the expected delivery time in the morning, this time is an indication.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the contents of the shopping cart.
BlauHoff ships to all countries of the world. The cost varies by country and weight of delivery.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. If you ordered a service, such as solar panel installation, the right to cancel expires 14 days after confirming the order. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the web store are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
